Special Collections

 

In addition to books, audio books, videos and magazines the Traer Public Library offers:

 

Puzzles - we have a collection of over 500 puzzles.  We have children's puzzles, 300 count, 500 count, 750 count and 1000 piece puzzles.  Puzzles may be checked out for a month at a time.  We do accept donations of puzzles.

Cake Pans - we have a collection of 40 cake pans that may be checked out for 2 weeks.  To see which pans we have, do a search in catalog putting 'cakepans' in the search box.

Cookie Cutters - we have quite an assortment of cookie cutters, they are grouped by topic with 10-12 cutters in each group.  Cookie cutters may be checked out for 2 weeks. To see what collections we have, do a search in catalog putting 'cookie cutter' in the search box.

Rubber Stamps - we have a collection of over 400 rubber stamps.  The stamps are bundled together according to subject.  Each bundle may be checked out for 2 weeks.  To see what bundles of stamps we have, do a search in catalog putting 'rubberstamps' in the search box.

Cricut and Die Cuts - We have an older Cricut - one that uses die cuts available for checkout.  We also have 34 die cut collections that may be checked out.  To see what diecuts are available, do a search in catalog putting 'cricut' in the search box.

Stay Sharp Memory Kits - The Library has 3 new Stay Sharp Memory Kits now available for check out. The kits help support those experiencing Alzheimer’s, dementia, memory loss, and other cognitive impairment.
