Chair Yoga

Join us for Yoga on Thursdays at 2:15 in the Kupka Cultural Center

We use DVDs to lead us through basic yoga routines as we focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and relaxing our minds.  All exercises are done sitting in your chair, or standing using the chair for balance if needed.  There is no getting down on (or up from) the floor!

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
