Fit and Feisty
Fit and Feisty is offered at the library on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 1:00pm. We offer a variety of exercises, so you will never be bored! Most exercises are performed from a seated position, so are appropriate for all fitness levels. We focus on moving, flexibility, and building strength, and welcome newcomers! You need to bring a set of 2 or 3 pound dumbells, a stretch band, and a bottle of water.
