StoryWalk
From December 2 - January 5, the library will be sponsoring a StoryWalk!
A StoryWalk is an outdoor display of a picture book. It inspires families to do something together outdoors, centered around literacy. This activity is a creative way to combine movement and literacy! The book Turkey Claus, written by Wendi Silvano and illustrated by Lee Harper, will be displayed in the store-front windows throughout many of our local businesses.
You can read the entire book by walking up and down the 500 block of 2nd Street! Pick up a map at the library during normal hours, or out front when the library is closed, beginning December 2. The map will let you know where to begin and end the walk. Enjoy!!
